Ever since he signed to the G.O.O.D. Music imprint earlier this year, Desiigner’s budding relationship with Kanye West has continued to blossom into a full garden of delights. Desiigner’s now instantly-recognizable warble was a standout moment on Kanye’s The Life of Pablo track “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. II,” and it of course grew into the mammoth single “Panda.” ‘Ye was good enough to appear in the video for that single, and now he has spread more of his Yeezy magic all over Desiigner’s latest chart-topper “Tiimmy Turner” with this fire new remix that emerged last night.
Debuting on radio station Hot 97, the remix is considerably shorter than the original track, but what it lacks in runtime it makes up for in classically Kanye lyrics. He dominates the first half of the remix with his verse, which features his usual comparisons to some of America’s greats: “I’m the new Steve, mixed with Ali, ‘bout to get freed I’m the new Walt.” ‘Ye also puts his spin on the track’s production, offering an even more sinister version than heard previously. Though Desiigner dropped a lyric video last month for the song, no official music video has been released. So here’s hoping Kanye pops up there too.

Post Malone took off with “White Iverson” earlier this year, while keeping up his buzz with singles like “What’s Up” and “Too Young.” His fans are waiting for a project of some sort, but for now we’ll have to settle for a cover of Kanye’s “Heartless,” with Post on acoustic guitar.
