A$AP FERG FEAT. SCHOOLBOY Q – ‘LET IT BANG’

Dropping more tracks from his upcoming album, Always Strive and Prosper, A$AP Ferg brings the heat again. This time with “Let it Bang” featuring Schoolboy Q.

via rap-up.com: The Trap Lord kicks off the first two verses over high-energy production, focusing on his uncle Psycho, a Wu-Tang Clan fan with an Ol’ Dirty Bastard persona who handles beef with “no prob.” Then ScHoolboy Q delivers an autobiographical verse. “I ain’t talking about my uncle,” the TDE spitter raps. “This me.”

Ferg’s new album, Always Strive and Prosper, is set to drop April 22, but you can preoder March 24 on iTunes.

A Tribe Called Quest’s Phife Dawg Has Died

The music industry, Tribe fans, and music fans alike are all stunned this morning with the new that a piece of the legendary hip-hop trio A Tribe Called Quest has passed away.

Phife Dawg, only 45, was an integral component of the historic hip-hop group. Diagnosed with Type-I diabetes back in 1990, the ultimate cause of death is still unknown.  However, it was well known that the Five Foot Assassin was battling this disease for many recent years.

Rest in peace to one of hip-hop’s kings.

Nike Air Max LD Zero H by Hiroshi Fujiwara

Hiroshi Fujiwara, one third of Nike’s HTM dream team, unveils his mash-up of Nike’s past and present

VIA GQ: This Wednesday, Nike took a great leap into the future by unveiled a ton of new, innovative products. In 2016, Nike will release sneakers that are lighter, more comfortable, and even some that lace themselves. But on March 26, the label will look back by celebrating the the 29th anniversary of the Air Max 1 release with its third annual Air Max Day. To mark the occasion, the label is releasing a host of special edition Air Max sneakers, many of which are designed by some of the brand’s closest partners. One such partner is Hiroshi Fujiwara, a streetwear pioneer and one third of Nike’s HTM sub-brand (a joint design effort between Nike CEO Mark Parker, designer Tinker Hatfield, and Hiroshi) that is known for introducing new Nike technologies via limited-edition releases, such as the Flyknit Racer in 2012. So, for Air Max Day, Hiroshi designed a sneaker that perfectly marries Nike’s classic sneakers from the 1970s with its more recent history. So, without further ado, here’s your exclusive first look at the Nike Air Max LD Zero H.
